Slick

Slick is about as cute as they come. He is a grade 2018 Quarter horse gelding that stands 14.3 hands tall. Slick has the temperament that everyone wants in a horse. He is calm and isn't bothered by flags or bullwhips. This is a horse that would be great for someone who likes to have a nice forward moving mount. He side passes up to a mounting block to get on and stands quietly to mount. He will stand tied all day if needs be and is great with his feet. Easy to load and unload and all around easy to be around. He is great with all his feet and easy to shoe. Slick has lots of trail and mountain miles. He’s been hunting quite a bit and also makes a great pack horse. He is sure footed and likes to stretch out and walk. He is a fun horse to ride, especially if you like to explore the untraveled road, because he’ll go wherever you point him. He neck reigns nicely, will spin front and hinds and sidepass easily, making opening and closing the gates a breeze. He has more go than whoa, so maybe not for the beginner, but for someone who likes to get out and cover a lot of country, he is a great horse to hit the trails with. He might be small but can keep up with the big horses. Slick also has that ground eating trot that covers the miles.
